Real jobs, real results.
Every photo on this page is from a property we've actually cleaned or a move we've actually carried out. No stock pictures, no borrowed work.
Before and after
The jobs that matter most to tenants are the ones a letting agent is going to inspect. Here's what that looks like in practice.

A curved apartment balcony in Manchester. Moss and grit packed into the ledge and drainage channel, and glass nobody could see through. Scrubbed back to the surface underneath.

Same balcony, the outer ledge. The green in the channel was two years of standing water and moss. Cleared out, the drainage works again.

Black mould around the bath and limescale across the tiles. The tenant had already tried. Removed, sealed edge clean, chrome polished.
End of tenancy cleans
Finished flats across Greater Manchester — studios through to four beds. The standard is what a letting agent's check-out report looks at, not a quick tidy round.

Whole properties
Empty properties, gutted and cleaned room by room before the next tenant or the photographer arrives.

Removals
Boxed, wrapped, loaded and secured. Furniture is protected, boxes are stacked so nothing shifts in transit, and everything comes off the van in the order you want it.
