How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?

We charge fixed prices by property size: 1 bed £179, 2 bed £219, 3 bed £259 and 4 bed £299. All prices include VAT, and there are no hidden extras.

 

What's included?

We clean every room top to bottom. That covers the kitchen (including the oven, hob, extractor and inside cupboards), bathrooms (descaled and disinfected), floors, skirting boards, doors, switches, windows inside and fixtures. The aim is to get the property back to the standard landlords and letting agents expect at checkout.

 

How long does a clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the property. Most flats take a few hours, and larger houses can take most of the day. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

 

Do I need to pay in full upfront?

No. You pay a £30 deposit to secure your booking, and the rest is paid on the day by card or bank transfer.

 

What if I need to cancel?

Just let us know as early as you can. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, we charge 50% of the price.

 

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Failsworth and cover Manchester, Oldham, Salford and the surrounding Greater Manchester areas. If you're not sure we cover you, give us a ring.

Do I need to be there on the day?

No. Plenty of our customers just leave us a key or arrange access with their agent. We'll message you when we arrive and when we've finished.

 

What do I need to sort before you arrive?

Please make sure the property is empty of belongings, the electric and water are on, and parking is available. Parking costs are paid by the customer.

 

What if something isn't right afterwards?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right. We're public liability insured for your peace of mind.
